Walmart sells it, use it anyway you want, best oil to cook with, good for rubbing on your skin too, also sold in caps with vitamins but that’s stupid when you can cook with it, I hate the smell and taste of coconut so I get the one that you can’t taste or smell, it’s not that expensive either, you can put it in anything, salads, toast, make country gravy with it. Good for losing weight too. Find it with the other cooking oils, It got me off thyroid meds too, along with kelp tabs, which I ordered on line. Good luck, Elaine
